PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please meet all Segway tours at our office: 101 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour. Our tours operate at all weather conditions; we have rain ponchos available in our office. Every participant on the Segway Tour will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver form. For your riding safety, guest‘s weigh is limited to be at least 40 kg (88 pounds) but not more than 120 kg (260 pounds). GoGoTours reserves the right to deny service to any person if such person seems to be of poor health, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or otherwise seems to be unfit for the tour.

RIDING WITH PREGNANT WOMEN AND CHILDREN

Children of all ages are allowed on the Segway tour with these limitations: children under the age of 8 will drive one segway only with an accompanying adult, children between ages 8 to 18 can drive the segway but must be accompanied on the tour by an adult or must have our waiver form signed in advance by an adult. To children under the age 2 is not recommended driving of Segway.

Due to the risk to the health of both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on the Segway Tours.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected from you during the reservation process will only be used for the purpose of this website and will not be disclosed to a third party.

GoGoTours provider of Segway Tours will attempt to honor all requests for a date change more than 24 hours (1 day) prior to the scheduled tour; however any changes to your scheduled tour made within 24 hours of the tour’s commencement may attract an additional fee. Information about your date change may be obtained by email at info@gogo-tours.fr.

GoGoTours provider of Segway Tours offers 100% refund if the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours (1 day) prior to the scheduled tour GoGoTours, provider of Segway Tours will not offer refunds for any reason once within 24 hours (1 day) of your scheduled tour. Information about your tour cancellation may be obtained by email at info@gogo-tours.fr. Prices listed on GoGoTours., provider of Segway Tours website www.gogo-tours.fr are per person, unless otherwise specified. All prices are in EUR, other currency is not accepted.

1.This Agreement between you and provider of Segway Tours may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and GoGoTours., provider of Segway Tours.

2. GOGOTOURS, PROVIDER OF SEGWAY TOURS DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT AND SERVICES NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, GOGOTOURS, PROVIDER OF SEGWAY TOURS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT AND SERVICES, GOGTOURS, PROVIDER OF SEGWAY TOURS IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT INVOICED FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT AND SERVICE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY EVEN IF SUCH REMEDIES FAIL THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOS.

3. By signing this agreement you agree to confirm to all laws and regulations of the French Republique. You agree and represent that you are not purchasing GoGoTours, provider of Segway Tours‘ products and services only for resale. Resale of GoGoTours provider of Segway Tour’s product and services to a third party is prohibited unless agreed to by GoGoTours provider of Segway Tours. GoGoTours, provider of Segway Tours has distinct terms and conditions conducting resale of its products and services by thirdparties.

4. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT, ANY SALES THERE UNDER, OR ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND GOGOTOURS, PROVIDER OF SEGWAY TOURS arising from or relating to this agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this agreement, GOGOTOURS, PROVIDER OF SEGWAY TOURS is advertising, or any related purchase SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE FRENCH REPUBLIQUE, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.

5. The products and services offered GOGOTOURS, provider of Segway Tours are valid as per the dates displayed at www.gogo-tours.fr GOGTOURS, provider of Segway Tours is not responsible or liable for any information other than it directly provides.

CONFIRMATION OF TAKING-OVER

By signing this document I declare that I completely understand all the instructions given to me during the safety briefing by the SEGWAY EXPERIENCE guide. I consider myself prepared in every way to securely handle the SEGWAY while taking the outlined tour. I affirm that I am taking this course at my own account and that I am solely liable and responsible for any harm that may befall myself or my personal belongings as a result of my operating the SEGWAY in a manner that is not in line with the regulations that were presented to me. I am taking full responsibility for any damage to the third person.If I have liability towards third person younger than 18 years, I am taking all the above mentioned responsibilities on my behalf. Should I happen to damage the SEGWAY, I do hereby agree to settle a compensation of 400,-EUR to the guide in the GOGO SEGWAY office. I fully understand and agree with all the information above.
